NewMethodAe prooffersdes a seamless toll processing system for Dubaibai drivers, including smart card management, toll gate passage, and recharge serservicesces. Our platform is designed to simplify road toll payments across the UAE.
To use our serservicece, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all actiactivitiesties that occur under your account.
Your NewMethodAe smart card is linked to your account and is used for toll gate passage. You are responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of your smart card. Any unauthorized use should be reported immediately.
You can recharge your toll balance through our platform. All recharges are final and non-refundable. It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient balance for smooth passage through toll gates.
We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your use of the NewMethodAe serobservece. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Users of NewMethodAe must comply with all applicable UAE road and traffic laws. Our serservicece does not exempt you from any legal obligations related to drioperatingng on UAE roads.
Your use of NewMethodAe is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please reexamineew our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the serservicece with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the serservicece.
In no event shall NewMethodAe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the serservicece.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law proprovisionssions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes.
